Making progress with the HiSeq2000 machine (Next Level Sequening). After a complet reinstal of the control computer I got the Illumina control-software to start without errors. The initialisation procedure started and I heard pumps running and valves clicking. The freezer is cooling and showing the temperature. Then got an error for a missing camera card driver… Now hope to find it.
UPDATE: Got it to fully initialize today – yeah. Now some fluidics and flow-cell tests.
